You have young babies sitting in the waiting room with the general population. I wait over 40 mins in a crowded waiting room where nobody could social distance.. my appointment was scheduled for 11am and I didn’t get seen until 11:40.. masks were not required, which is fine but don’t have babies in the same waiting room with the general population. Have them wait in their cars and receive a call when you are ready for them.. people were coughing and sneezing near all the babies and it was nothing we could do .. and I was rushed out of the room once we were seen because they were behind on appointments .. I didn’t even have time to change my babies diaper and feed her in the room. I was forced to go to another waiting area. Absolutely horrible experience!

WOW - what incredible customer service - unheard of these days! I was so blown away by this amazing experience. Everybody that attended to me was happy and pleasant and so tuned in to my well being. People at the front desk jumped it when it got busy (and were happy to do so). Everyone was polite and seemed genuinely pleased to be working there. You are definitely doing something right - It was refreshing. Everything was timely and on schedule. I didn't wait one single minute. The scheduling was impeccable! It is the way every practice should be run. You have set the bar high. I would choose you every time!

The mammogram exam was fine. Registration was strange. It was easy to register on the iPad, but the screen asking me to scan insurance and other cards gave no instruction on how to do that. So that didn't happen. Fortunately the receptionist did it using a different machine. Your facility is too cold for the flimsy gowns. I would recommend the heavy quilted gowns used by other facilities, especially for those of us having mammograms.

The tech who did my actual mammogram was fabulous! She was kind, personable, and professional. The office itself had changed quite a bit in the last year since I had been. There was no spray deoderant in the changing room for afterward; coffee was gone; and the check-in was a bit frustrating. Not a bad experience; just very different than a year ago.

I had an appointment for 2 things. I barely waited for the first one and was called into the second one two minutes after I got to the waiting room. Everyone was really nice and helpful, I was in and out in no time. Great experience!

Super efficient staff. The transition from check-in area to waiting room to exam room was flawless. I felt comfortable the whole time! I had a pelvic ultrasound and a mammogram that was the easiest I have ever experienced and then a month later I had to return for a follow up ultrasound. Both visits were as good as it gets for lack of a better phrase. The first appointment I showed up 45 minutes early and they got me in and out before my actual appointment time. The time situation was similar for the second appointment also so I really mean SUPER efficient, not just a fluke!

On Visit I had excellent experience. Everyone was very good and timely, with front desk and with both technicians. Only problem was with making appointment. When first time they call I was busy. Than I call three different times but Nobody responded back for weeks. Later someone call to make an appointment when I was about to give up!

I was there for my annual mammography exam. I have been coming to this location for many years and have always had a good experience; beginning with the reception. My technician was Sarah. She was excellent. In particular, she introduced herself to me. Other times I've had to ask my techs name. She was very thorough in her discussion of my history and any concerns. She was clearly knowledgeable and able to execute the procedure expeditiously as being "squeezed" is not fun! Please let her know that I give her an 11 out of 10!!
